Neurodiversity-Affirming and Trauma-Informed Therapy Services for Rural BC.
Growing up in rural British Columbia, I understand the importance of licensed mental health professionals you can feel safe and secure accessing services with. As a Registered Social Worker (16623) working toward my Registered Clinical Social Worker designation, many of my clients experience neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders — though those are not requirements for accessing services. I use neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practices every step of the way.
I support Big Feelers, Strong Thinkers, and People Feeling Stuck. People who know they have so much more to give but can’t seem to get moving. Whether it's the big feelings that arrive faster than you can process them, the overthinking that won't stop, or the stuckness that shows up in your everyday life – I can support you in finding your path to a meaningful life that fits how your brain works.
I’ll support you in making your way back to the things that matter most while addressing what’s getting in your way. Maybe it’s past experiences popping into your head or just a constant feeling of dread that never leaves – I’m here whenever you’re ready to take the next step.

“Lia taught me skills and exercises for time and emotional management, which helped me overcome a lot of the executive dysfunction and time‑blindness I struggled with as someone with ADHD. She’s genuinely understanding and incredibly easy to talk to.”
