Many therapy services begin without a clear sense of direction or an understanding of when meaningful change will occur.
My practice is different. I offer a structured, goal‑oriented, and time‑contingent model that keeps you informed and engaged at every step. Together, we identify your priorities, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to ensure treatment remains effective and aligned with your needs.
My approach is especially supportive for clients who appreciate clarity, collaboration, and a defined path forward. You’ll always know what we’re working on, why it matters, and how each session contributes to meaningful change.

Clients describe my style as collaborative, grounded, honest, and straightforward. I’m actively engaged in the process — offering guidance, bringing ideas forward, and helping you move through places where you may feel stuck. You won’t be left to “figure it out alone”; therapy with me is a shared effort.
My approach blends trauma‑informed practice with neuroscience‑based strategies, feminist and anti‑oppressive perspectives, and practical skill‑building. Together, we work on boundaries, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and cultivating inner steadiness.
I commonly support neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQIA+ clients, and I prioritize creating a space where your lived experience is understood and respected. We identify goals that meaningfully address your concerns, focus on what’s within your control, and build momentum toward lasting change — even when life feels unpredictable.

Psychotherapy is typically deeper and longer‑term. It focuses on underlying patterns, early experiences, attachment, personality, and trauma. Psychotherapy is often used for complex or persistent concerns and aims to create lasting change in how a person thinks, feels, and relates to others.
Clinical counselling is usually shorter‑term and present‑focused. It supports people in navigating specific life stressors—such as grief, work stress, or relationship conflict—and helps build practical coping skills. It is structured, goal‑oriented, and designed to resolve a particular issue.
My treatment plans integrate both psychotherapy and clinical counselling. Depending on a client’s concerns, one approach may be more relevant than the other. I build on client strengths to support problem‑solving and goal achievement. When needed, psychotherapy allows us to reprocess past traumatic experiences or shift lifelong patterns that may be getting in the way of meaningful change.
